•Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custodial services, with experience in hotel housekeeping management and industrial cleaning practices. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment. Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment for various surfaces and materials. Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and laundry products. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred. Knowledge of hotel housekeeping management practices is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and staff.
