Duties Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas. Execute residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundering linens. Provide custodial services in commercial settings, ensuring all spaces meet cleanliness standards. Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed. Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy to enhance overall satisfaction. Follow safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning or custodial roles is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and guests. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays when required.
