Comfortable working in Client’s home Must not be averse to cleaning products Respectful Discreet Reliable Responsible Strong work ethic and proven reliability Punctual Detailed Oriented Physically Fit ○ Ability to reach high ceilings and difficult to reach areas ○ Ability to bend and work on knees to clean low areas (tub, under furniture, baseboards, floors) ○ Safely move furniture and other items to clean behind; carry supplies ○ Safely maneuver around the home carrying a backpack vacuum cleaner, duster, mop ○ Ability to safely move around a home with fragile items without damage Positive professional attitude Ability to professionally communicate with Team Leaders, co-workers; clients; strangers. Convey any unusual findings about customer’s home to the Team Leader Must understand that cleaning professionally is not the same as cleaning your home.
