Right now, we’re in the middle of confirming that all the balances are accurate and properly tracked. Just want to make sure everything is aligned before we bring it to the Board. ADP vs. WFG – Side-by-Side Review We’ve done a deeper dive into ADP, and to be honest, it’s just outperforming WFG in a lot of important areas. The structure is cleaner, enforcing PTO policies is easier, and onboarding is way smoother. ADP also connects directly with job boards like Indeed, which could really help simplify our recruiting process. One of the biggest standouts is how easy it is to use—for both HR and the employees. Long-term, ADP has the ability to handle payroll for all our communities, which could help us avoid adding more payroll positions. They also offer a “white glove” service—basically, they’ll customize the setup for us, train the teams, and support any new locations we bring on. Scheduling is built in, and employees can hold multiple roles or work at different WRSL locations, and payroll still gets routed correctly. Transition to ADP would take 12 to 18 months. No fees until it is set up. Meal Plan Program Kathleen and I have been working on the structure for meal plan fees. Gina S. has also been pulled in to help shape the direction. Facebook We’ve secured access to about 95% of the Facebook accounts now. Still working through a couple lingering ones. Google We’re hitting some roadblocks with gaining full access to the Google accounts, but we’re working on it. We most likely will need a dedicated person to track down ownership of the previous account holder.
