The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including hotels, hospitality venues, and industrial settings. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained, including guest rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas. Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment to ensure they are stocked and in good working condition. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or seasonal tasks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests with professionalism. Experience Previous experience in custodial services or housekeeping management is preferred but not required. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, particularly within hotel environments. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
