In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in this residence which serves as an office for a foundation but is otherwise unoccupied. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness, a strong work ethic, and experience with cleaning and caring for numerous surfaces such as marble, wood, etc. , as well as handling art objects with extreme care. Additional hours may be required from time to time when members of the Board of Directors are visiting the property. Perform thorough cleaning on a weekly basis Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and maintaining various types of flooring. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established cleaning protocols and schedules. Communicate effectively with the manager to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences. Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition. Uphold safety standards while performing custodial duties to prevent accidents or injuries. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning of luxury homes Strong communication skills Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and techniques is a plus. Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment used in the industry. Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Cooking skills are not required, but a plus for potential additional responsibilities related to household management from time to time.
