Role Overview As a Dreamkeeper, you’re more than a housekeeper — you’re a guardian of peace, cleanliness, and care. You’ll ensure our guest pods, suites, and shared spaces are pristine and serene. Dreamkeepers help deliver the sanctuary our guests expect, one clean linen and polished pod at a time. Key Responsibilities Clean and reset guest pods, restrooms, and common areas to Nap York’s high standards Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies; notify leads of any inventory needs Assist with laundry, pod turnover, and light maintenance tasks Report damages or safety concerns promptly Follow detailed cleaning checklists, safety protocols, and eco-conscious procedures Interact with guests respectfully and professionally, responding to concerns or requests with empathy and urgency Uphold the quiet, restful atmosphere that defines Nap York Scheduling Requirements Schedules are assigned based on business needs and may include overnight or weekend shifts New hires are expected to remain on their assigned schedule for a minimum of 3 months — scheduling is not flexible during this period Consistent attendance and punctuality are required Who You Are Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, physical role Receptive to coaching and feedback Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable interacting with guests — you understand that our guests are the lifeblood of the business Able to work on your feet, lift up to 25 lbs, and follow safety procedures

$17-$20 per hour, based on experience 24-40 hours with overtime opportunities.
