Live-out Housekeeper/Cook – NYC Position Available In New York, New York

Lovely NYC family is seeking a professional live-out Housekeeper/Cook with experience working in formal homes. Responsibilities include full-charge housekeeping, deep cleaning, laundry, steaming and ironing, as well as caring for antiques, fine furnishings, and delicate fabrics. Other tasks include maintaining household organization, running errands, light pet care for a small dog, online ordering/grocery shopping, and cooking or meal prepping family-style meals as needed. Ability to travel 1-2 days per week during the summer to the family’s second home in Greenwich, CT is highly preferred but not required (transportation and accommodations are provided). No driving is required. Candidates must have a strong command of English, formal home experience, and be able to work independently with little to no supervision. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, discreet, has a proactive and positive attitude, and can read the room. Schedule is Monday-Friday (days can be flexible), 8am/9am – 4pm/5pm. Compensation is $35-$45/hour+ DOE, paid time off and possible health insurance.
