Responsibilities:

#HPR1 Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting common areas, hallways, staircases, and elevators Collecting and disposing of trash and recyclables Washing windows, walls, and doors Sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms Reporting and repairing minor maintenance issues Assisting with snow removal and landscaping Setting up and breaking down furniture and equipment for events Delivering packages and mail to residents Following health and safety regulations and protocols Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

At least one year of experience cleaning commercial or residential buildings A high school diploma or equivalent A flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays A positive attitude and strong work ethic This is a Temporary position based on performance could lead to a permanent position.
