Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred; experience in industrial cleaning is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with hospitality or hotel housekeeping management practices is advantageous. Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving furniture as necessary.
