Stockroom Attendant 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars N Tonawanda, NY 14120 Taber Industries is a world leader in the design and manufacture of high reliability Pressure Transducers, Measuring and Testing Instruments and Kenco Mechanical Presses. We are seeking an individual with stockroom attendant experience in a manufacturing environment. The purpose of this position is to maintain accurate inventory counts, receive incoming material/product, & pulling both manufactured and purchased parts for MTM, Press, & Transducer departments. Tow Motor Certification required.

• Ensure count accuracy when putting away incoming material both purchased & manufactured while performing all required system transactions for MTM, Press, & Transducers
• Pulling parts for production orders and shippers while performing all system transactions for MTM, Press & Transducer lines
• Assembling kits for MTM & Press
• Maintain traceability records for program identified items.
• Pull production orders, perform issuing transaction for MTM sub assembly, MTM assembly, Press assembly, and Transducer assembly. Move picked material to required locations.
• When required maintain all traceable transducer parts and records when pulling the jobs
• Accurately perform material/product receiving transactions and maintain assigned material locations.
• Pull product for customer orders and take to shipping
• Maintain an accurate & clean stock room
• Assembling Kits for MTM and Press
• Involved in cycle counts and inventory control
• When assigned perform wheel packaging
• When assigned perform document scanning/filing
• Be able to operate a tow motor
• Must have some knowledge of a computer system Must be able to move parts weighing up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to operate a tow motor. Must be able to use tools like a screw drivers, plyers, etc. Must have knowledge of hand truck usage. Must be able to stand and walk frequently. This is a Full Time Position 7:00am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday. Overtime as needed.
