This position is responsible for ensuring that all areas are welcoming and well-kept, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Duties Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces. Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing floors. Conduct regular inspections of public areas to ensure cleanliness and address any maintenance issues promptly. Replenish supplies in restrooms and public areas as needed. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently. Respond to guest requests and inquiries regarding cleanliness or maintenance issues in a courteous manner. Adhere to safety and sanitation policies while performing cleaning duties. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred, particularly within the hotel or hospitality industry. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required for cleaning duties. A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service to guests.
