Hotel Housekeeping Attendant Hotel Concord East Syracuse 6605 Old Collamer Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Your commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service will contribute significantly to our reputation for excellence in hospitality. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain cleanliness. Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is maintained in good condition. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Familiarity with floor care techniques and custodial duties is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Must be able to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
