Up to $500/week I’m looking to add another amazing cleaner to my team immediately. If you’re dependable, hard-working, and detail-oriented, keep reading! Do you have what it takes? Strong communicator who replies promptly? Attention to detail like no other? Able to provide consistent, thorough basic house cleaning? If you’re saying YES to all of the above, I want YOU on my team! This isn’t just any cleaning job. This role involves taking over a large portion of my personal client schedule—many of whom have been with me from the very beginning and feel like family. I do not take that lightly, so I’m being very selective. Here’s what I expect:

THE NON-NEGOTIABLES

Trust, honesty, and reliability are a must. My clients are paying for luxury-level service, and that’s what we deliver every single time. Attention to detail is critical. You’ll receive a cleaning checklist to review before starting. Experience is preferred, but I’m willing to train the right person with basic knowledge and a growth mindset. Be coachable—mistakes happen, but willingness to learn and improve is key! Excellent communication is essential. I expect timely responses and minimal reschedules/cancellations. If communication isn’t your strong suit, this isn’t the job for you. •

Time Commitment Per Clean:

Each house requires a minimum of 5 hours and a maximum of 6 hours of cleaning. This is non-negotiable and based on the flat rate you’ll be paid per clean. Even if you finish early—use the time to go over your work and double-check everything. You must have or be willing to obtain general liability insurance. This protects both you and the client and is required to receive jobs from Paige’s Cleaning Services. You’ll be working as a 1099 contractor, meaning you’ll be responsible for your own taxes. I’ll provide all the start-up supplies, and you’ll maintain them moving forward.
