The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. This role requires a strong commitment to providing a clean and welcoming environment for all guests and residents. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including Showers, restrooms dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing garbages and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and properly stored. Conduct carpet cleaning as needed to maintain the appearance of flooring. Carry out floor care duties, including sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping hard surfaces. Follow established protocols for commercial cleaning in various settings. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Experience in custodial work or commercial cleaning is preferred Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products for different surfaces. Ability to sanitize areas effectively to promote health and safety standards. Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning results. Capability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients or guests.
