The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-kept. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens, towels, and other fabrics as needed to maintain cleanliness and freshness. Manage custodial tasks such as waste disposal and replenishing supplies in restrooms and common areas. Execute floor care duties including sweeping, waxing, and polishing floors to ensure they are in optimal condition. Provide residential cleaning services with attention to detail, ensuring all rooms meet high cleanliness standards. Assist with light cooking tasks when required, ensuring kitchen areas are clean and organized. Maintain effective communication with clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Uphold housekeeping management practices by following established protocols for cleaning and maintenance. Skills Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in custodial work. Ability to sanitize various surfaces effectively while adhering to safety guidelines. Experience in both residential and commercial cleaning environments is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and guests. Attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional care. Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills to manage time efficiently while completing tasks effectively.
