Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Seasonal Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of a private estate in Southampton, NY for the summer season. This is a full-time position with a work schedule, requiring you to work 5 days a week, including weekends, with 2 days off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping throughout the house and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces.
• Change bed linens, towels, and restock supplies.
• Launder and press clothes, linens, and other fabrics as needed.
• Care for fine furnishings, artwork, and other delicate items.
• Organize and maintain closets, storage areas, and household supplies.
• Ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the homeowner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential housekeeping or related field.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work weekends with two consecutive days off.
• Discretion and trustworthiness, with the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.

Additional Information:

• Live-in accommodations are available or you can live out.
• This is a seasonal role from May 15 to October 15.
• Hourly rate is $40-$50 depending on experience.
