Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented. Carry out floor care duties, including sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning as needed. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management. Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals according to guidelines. Assist with additional tasks such as cooking or meal preparation when required. Experience Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with residential cleaning practices or hotel housekeeping standards is a plus. Experience in commercial cleaning environments is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
