The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and appearance. This role requires a commitment to quality work and the ability to follow established cleaning protocols. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a clean environment. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning agents. Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when reordering is necessary. Follow established health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
