Position Summary We are looking for a dependable Hotel Houseman with Light Maintenance Duties to support our housekeeping and engineering teams. This hands-on role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel, ensuring an outstanding guest experience every day. Key Responsibilities Assist housekeeping team by stocking carts, collecting linens, removing trash, and maintaining public areas Respond promptly to guest and staff requests for assistance or room needs Perform light maintenance duties, including replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and general upkeep Monitor hotel property for cleanliness and safety hazards; report and address any issues Ensure hallways, stairwells, and service areas remain neat and hazard-free Assist with room turns, deep cleans, and special projects as directed Deliver exceptional service with a friendly, approachable attitude Requirements Prior experience in hospitality, facilities, or housekeeping preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods A team player with a positive, guest-first mindset Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Why Join Us?
