Hotel Room Attendant Hilton Garden Inn Cranberry Twp. 2000 Garden View Lane, Cranberry Township, PA 16066 Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You must be able to work Saturday and Sunday, and holidays. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, floors, and surfaces, to meet high cleanliness standards. Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and toiletries as needed. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment to maintain a welcoming environment. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly. Assist with laundry duties as required, ensuring that all linens are cleaned and organized efficiently. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by providing friendly service to guests during their stay. Skills Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in all aspects of housekeeping. Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred but not required. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is a plus. Proficiency in floor care methods for various surfaces, including carpet, tile, and hardwood. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
