The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or hotel environments. Launder linens, towels, and other items as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies efficiently, ensuring adequate stock levels for all cleaning tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly. Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required in residential settings. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and clients. Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and sanitation practices. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
