The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently. Duties Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and presentable. Manage floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Assist in the preparation of meals when required, demonstrating basic cooking skills. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly to ensure a safe environment for all. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Experience in floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship in all cleaning tasks.
