Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, such as hotels, hospitals, or residential properties. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will contribute to creating a comfortable and inviting environment for our guests or residents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
• Change bed linens and towels as needed
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages
• Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Adhere to housekeeping schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Experience:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial
• Experience in the hospitality industry or hotel housekeeping is desirable

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good physical stamina to handle repetitive movements and lift heavy objects if required
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
