Housekeeper/Custoidal Team Duties:

• Clean and maintain designated areas, including but not limited to offices, restrooms, common areas, and lobbies
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and appliances
• Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing
• Ability to perform basic facilities maintenance tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Part Time opportunity that could lead to Full Time.
• Evening hours roughly 6PM-10
