Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team part-time. This position is available every Friday and 3-4 weekends per month (Saturday and Sunday) . The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for guests and staff across all common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain public areas, including: Lobby Hallways Stairwells Guest laundry room Fitness room Public restrooms Indoor pool area Outdoor patio Parking lot This includes but is not limited to: Empty trash and recycling bins; restock supplies as needed. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect all assigned areas. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Respond to guest inquiries professionally and courteously. Follow all cleaning and safety procedures as trained. Test pool levels before opening and report findings to management.

Requirements:

Must be dependable and punctual with weekend availability. Prior custodial or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent pace. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout the shift. Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
