The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces. Carry out floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming. Maintain cleanliness in both commercial and residential settings by following established cleaning protocols. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the upkeep of the premises. Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or repairs. Handle industrial cleaning duties when required, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate cleaning schedules and special projects. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages. Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is desirable. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
