The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in ensuring that all areas are sanitized, organized, and welcoming. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cooking, and floor care to maintain a clean and functional environment. Execute carpet cleaning and custodial duties as needed to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. Organize cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly after use. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping management or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Knowledge of floor care methods and sanitization processes is beneficial. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
