The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial spaces. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for clients and guests. The Housekeeper will perform various cleaning tasks, including sanitizing surfaces, laundering linens, and managing housekeeping operations effectively. Duties Perform residential cleaning tasks, ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned and organized. Conduct carpet cleaning and maintenance to uphold the quality of flooring. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to promote hygiene. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented. Manage housekeeping operations efficiently, including inventory management of cleaning supplies. Prepare light meals as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences. Maintain custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring compliance with health standards. Collaborate with hotel staff or other team members to ensure guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred. Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Experience in custodial work or hotel environments is beneficial but not required. A willingness to learn new cleaning methods and techniques as necessary.
