Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ladies Locker Room Attendant to join our team! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the locker room and member areas. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service, ensuring that every member and guest have a welcoming and comfortable experience.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize the Ladies Locker Room including restrooms, showers and common areas.

Restocking supplies:

Ensuring toiletries, towels, and other amenities are readily available. Assisting members and guests with locker assignments, shoe cleaning, and any other requests. Ensuring the safety and security of personal belongings within the locker room. Anticipate member needs and respond promptly to member requests. Cleaning, polishing, and repairing shoes for members and guests. Conduct regular inspections of locker room to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Maintain inventory by keeping track of supplies and notifying management when items need to be reordered. Ensure the locker room is properly prepared for the day and secured for the end of the day. Report any damages or issues to management promptly for resolution. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness while adhering to health and safety regulations. Skills Friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to effectively communicate with members, guests and other staff. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively while completing assigned duties. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Knowledge of club services and experience working in a private club setting preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, lifting and carrying. Flexibility in working hours.
