Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and longevity of various flooring types. Launder linens and other items as required, ensuring they are clean and well-presented. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning visits. Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, including cooking areas if necessary. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and efficiency in all tasks. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Experience Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
