The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential homes, commercial spaces, and hotels. This position requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-kept. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and waxing floors to maintain their appearance. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and presentable for use. Assist with light cooking or meal preparation when required. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness. Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning is preferred. Familiarity with custodial duties and housekeeping management practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties. Knowledge of proper sanitation methods and cleaning techniques. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
