Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and offices. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for clients. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping duties efficiently, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-organized. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with custodial duties in larger facilities or during special events as required. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping management or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with residential cleaning practices and standards is highly valued. Experience in floor care techniques is an advantage. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A background in cooking or hotel housekeeping can be beneficial but is not required.
