Housekeeping Heritage Hills Resort 2700 Mount Rose Avenue, York, PA 17402 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential or commercial settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and fresh for use. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly. Conduct carpet cleaning as needed to maintain the quality of flooring. Prepare light meals or snacks when required, showcasing basic cooking skills. Assist with custodial duties in commercial settings or during events in hotels. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations. Requirements Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and techniques. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Attention to detail with a focus on sanitizing high-touch areas. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
