The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and surfaces; and sanitize restrooms. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when replenishment is needed. Skills Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within scheduled shifts. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
