Responsibilities:

Perform general house cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Execute deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning services with attention to detail. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Empty trash and replace liners as needed. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure quality service. Manage cleaning tasks effectively, ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standards. Obtain and maintain general liability insurance to cover your work. Provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment to perform the job to the highest standards. Provide your own reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or custodial work. Experience with deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and general cleaning is required. Experience with green cleaning products and eco-friendly cleaning techniques is a plus. Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Reliable and trustworthy with excellent communication skills. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
