The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in designated areas. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Carry out custodial duties in both commercial and residential settings, adapting to the specific needs of each environment. Maintain facilities by performing minor repairs and upkeep, contributing to overall facilities maintenance. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and safety protocols is advantageous.
