Full-time, flexibility required Family of three is seeking an experienced, meticulous, and trustworthy full-time Housekeeper/Laundress to join a private household with multiple residences. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-standard environment. You must be willing to travel and manage the upkeep of whichever home the family is currently occupying.

Key Responsibilities Full-spectrum housekeeping:

daily cleaning, deep cleaning, seasonal turnover, and maintenance of high-end surfaces and materials Laundry and wardrobe care: washing, ironing, steaming, stain removal, seasonal closet rotation, garment repair, and organization Linen and bed management: care for fine linens, consistent bedroom and bathroom reset, turndown services when requested Home readiness: ensuring all residences are guest-ready, stocked, and orderly upon arrival and departure Organizational tasks: pantries, closets, storage systems, drawers, and occasional household inventories

Errands:

dry cleaning, household shopping, returns, supply runs, shipping/receiving Collaboration with household staff: coordinate with private chef, contractors, and property maintenance as needed Seasonal transitions: assist with packing, unpacking, and staging of seasonal homes Pet-friendly and occasionally assist with pet-related tidying Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in a similar high-level private home or estate Strong laundry and garment care knowledge (designer, delicate, and natural fibers) Experience working in multiple-residence or traveling households a plus Discreet, professional, and highly organized Excellent references required Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving Must be willing and able to travel (domestic only) Tech-savvy enough to communicate via text/email and use simple task management tools if needed Personal Qualities We’re Looking For Someone who genuinely loves creating order, beauty, and comfort in a home High standards but low ego—kind, efficient, and respectful Proactive and solution-oriented Calm under pressure and adaptable in a changing environment Discreet and trustworthy with a deep respect for privacy
