The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and an understanding of the importance of customer service in the hospitality industry. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitation to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality standards and improve efficiency. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred, particularly in a hotel or hospitality setting. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
