The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and Airbnb spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes as needed. Restocking house supplies as needed Maintain effective communication with management to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided. Uphold housekeeping management practices by organizing cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally. Participate in commercial cleaning projects as needed to support team efforts. Qualifications Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills. High attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work standards. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks. Flexibility in scheduling availability to accommodate client needs.
