Room Attendant Clean and maintain guest rooms according to standards Replace linens, towels, and amenities Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards Ensure guest satisfaction by providing an immaculate room presentation Turndown Attendant Perform evening turndown service for guest rooms Refresh towels and amenities Ensure rooms are tidy and inviting for guests returning in the evening Address any guest requests or needs promptly Houseperson Support housekeeping staff by delivering linens and supplies Assist with cleaning public areas and guest hallways Respond to guest requests and maintain a clean environment Assist with heavy cleaning tasks as needed Public Area Attendant Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, and other public areas Ensure facilities are stocked with necessary supplies Report any maintenance needs or safety concerns Provide exceptional service to guests in public spaces
