The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Manage floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols and best practices. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests with a positive attitude. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices. Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while managing time effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
