Primary Purpose:
As a Housekeeping Associate, you’ll be a key player in creating exceptional experiences for our guests by ensuring cleanliness and comfort in public areas through friendly and timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Cleanliness:
Ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, including: Removing used linens and terry Disinfecting high-touch surfaces Cleaning bathrooms, glass, and mirrors Remaking beds with fresh linens Replenishing supplies in rooms Emptying wastebaskets and managing trash disposal
Operate Equipment:
Safely operate and maintain laundry and cleaning equipment.
Organize Supplies:
Stock storage and service carts with necessary supplies.
Uphold Standards:
Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in all work areas.
Assist & Train:
Help train new associates and support ongoing development.
Deep Cleaning:
Participate in deep cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping or relevant cleaning experience is preferred. Experience in customer service is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Flexible availability for day shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Why Join Us?
