Room Attendant 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 350 Johnnie Dodds Boulevard, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 Housekeeper We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest experience at our hotel. Key Responsibilities:
Stock housekeeping cart with necessary supplies and transport it to assigned areas. Enter guest rooms following proper procedures, ensuring privacy and vacancy before entry. Refresh rooms with clean linens, towels, and guest amenities. Make beds, fold linens, and clean bathrooms to company standards. Remove trash, used linens, and room service items. Check that all room appliances are present and in working order. Organize furniture, desk items, and appliances in a neat manner. Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls, furniture, and fixtures. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways. Follow all safety and security procedures, reporting any accidents or concerns to management. Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance. Greet and assist guests with professionalism and hospitality. Communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members. Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards. Be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
