In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and garments. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute significantly to our guests’ overall experience. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques. Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in accordance with hotel standards and protocols. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel setting. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Knowledge of laundering techniques. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
