Job Summary:
WillowTree RV Campground is seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our housekeeping team. The Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Staff are expected to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests by performing cleaning duties in cottages, bathhouses, common areas, and other campground facilities. We are looking for team members who demonstrate a positive attitude, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to customer service and confidentiality. This role requires individuals who can work efficiently, communicate effectively, and adapt to a variety of responsibilities as needed.
Position Types:
Housekeeping Team Lead Housekeeping Staff Job Expectations (for both positions): Ability to follow written and oral instructions professionally and promptly. Perform general duties as assigned by the supervisor, which may include cleaning, restocking, and reporting maintenance issues. Ensure a positive, professional attitude with guests and co-workers. Maintain confidentiality of all Company business. Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Maintenance Clean and check supplies in the following areas: Cottages (turned over in a timely manner with linens/supplies washed and restocked) Bathhouse Gameroom Laundry Room Exercise Room Banquet Hall Common Grounds Ensure cleanliness of guest cottages, ensuring all rooms meet company standards for quality and comfort. Handle guest linens with care, ensuring they are cleaned, folded, and restocked appropriately. Teamwork & Cooperation Work as a team member within the Housekeeping Department and across other departments to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with coworkers to meet department goals and provide the best experience for guests. Physical Demands Reliable transportation to and from work is required. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to walk, sit, or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to push, pull, climb, bend, and lift objects up to 50 pounds. Some positions may require lifting more than 50 pounds. Flexibility While an individual may be assigned a primary role, the ability to assist in other areas or departments as needed is required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision and stay organized. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, as necessary. Must always maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions. Capable of walking, standing, or sitting for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must be flexible in assisting with tasks outside the primary responsibilities when required.
