The properties are located in the Cherry Grove area. The position includes responsibilities of maintaining the building hallways, lighting, parking lots, pools and common area. The available positions are full time, year around. Pay Scale is $ 18+. There is room for growth. We train and uniforms are provided. Vacation pay is given after a year of full employment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be familiar with small equipment such as blowers and vacuum cleaners. Evening/afternoon shifts are available starting asap.
