Job Description We are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you will: Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms
Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required
Deliver our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort’s established guidelines
Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency
Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction
Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team
Perform other duties that may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or six months to a year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
