POSITION SUMMARY

This is a full-time position that will require evening/night hours. Individual would be responsible for a wide variety of housekeeping tasks while maintaining a high level of cleanliness and some minor maintenance responsibility that meets LRMC clinical standards. This position may require you to travel to any of our 6 locations in Horry County as housekeeping needs require.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Individual responsibilities include, but are not limited to cleaning patient rooms, sweeping, dust mopping, and wet mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies as needed. Must follow all safety, security, and key control procedures and maintain cleaning equipment in a safe, clean working order.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, individual must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Travel of approximately 30+ miles may be required. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

High School diploma/GED and 2 years previous experience as a housekeeper required. Experience with carpet, ceramic tile, VCT tile and furniture cleaning equipment a plus.
