The ideal candidate will possess strong housekeeping management skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain cleanliness throughout the property. Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met and report any maintenance issues promptly. Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and high levels of guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Experience in the hospitality industry or hotel environment is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
